In the wake of Covid-19, online ordering and delivery are becoming essential for food businesses. Using GloriaFood, restaurants can offer online orders and delivery using their own website, payment method and transport, with large cost savings over competitors like UberEats and HungryHungry, and while maintaining their own business identity.

Objectives

The functional objective is to identify and improve GloriaFood for customers. This will ideally lead to a better total meal experience.

This supports the restaurant business objective of happier customers who order more of the food they enjoy, more often. In turn, this supports the growth of the total GloriaFood product.
